LHH is partnering with a professional services firm in Atlanta, GA, to hire a detail-oriented Benefits Manager. This role oversees the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs, ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, and delivers exceptional support to employees navigating benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on Paycom experience and a strong background in benefits administration within a professional services environment. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans. Serve as the primary resource for employee benefits inquiries, enrollments, qualifying life events, and annual open enrollment support. Accurately manage and update benefits information in Paycom, ensuring timely processing. Ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations, including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, and HIPAA. Collaborate with benefits vendors, brokers, and payroll to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth benefits operations. Conduct benefits orientations and support the onboarding and offboarding benefits process. Assist with audits, reporting, and benefits-related reconciliations. Partner with HR and leadership to communicate benefit updates and enhancements effectively. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration. Strong, hands-on experience with Paycom is required. Experience working with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). Solid understanding of employee benefits, ACA reporting, COBRA, and ERISA compliance. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset. Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Job Type: Direct Hire On-site Full Time Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan.
