Certified Medication Technician (CMT) - Love Where You Work!Available Shifts: Full-time day shift CMT Benefits: Flexible Hours Competitive Pay Paid Time Off Advancement Opportunities Comprehensive Benefits Package Shift Type: 12-hourCMT Job Requirements: Must have a current Missouri (MO) Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification CMT Duties and Responsibilities: Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents in activities of daily living (ADLs) Encourage residents to socialize and engage with one another to support emotional well-being Create and maintain a safe environment where residents can thrive Administer or assist with self-administration of prescribed medications and maintain accurate medical records under the supervision of an RN or LPN Maintain medical records and documentation ensuring accuracy, compliance, and regulatory standards Transport residents to and from dining areas; assist with feeding as needed Make frequent rounds to check on residents' needs and provide supervision of CNAs, ensuring proper resident care Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when needed and follow up on corrections as necessary Our residents and team members are at the center of everything we do.
