Job Description We're hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician for a leading manufacturing facility in West Houston. In this dynamic role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and optimize a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment-from cabling machines to compressors. Job Highlights: Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience Schedule: Full-time with 24/7 maintenance coverage rotation Location: West Houston, TX Perks: Fast-paced industrial setting, autonomy on the job, vital to operations Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and more (benefits vary by assignment) Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment and control systems Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on machines (extruders, braiders, compressors, etc.) Modify and upgrade systems to meet evolving production needs Diagnose issues, recommend repair or replacement options, and estimate repair costs Order and track parts and supplies as needed Provide on-call maintenance support for facility operations Requirements: High school diploma or GED 5+ years of relevant industrial maintenance experience Solid understanding of how mechanical and electrical components work together Experience working with PLCs and drives Comfortable with basic math and using diagnostic tools Must provide own tools Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Able to lift 50 lbs., kneel, reach, and stand for long periods Electrician license or technical certifications a plus Keep Equipment Running-and Your Career Moving Forward!
