BrightStar Care of Plano/North Dallas / S Fort Worth-Burleson / W Fort Worth-Granbury is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our growing Pediatric Home Health team. This is a wonderful opportunity to provide one-on-one care to pediatric clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them thrive where they feel safest - surrounded by family. Position Details:Location: Fort Worth Area Shifts: Flexible scheduling - days, nights, and weekends available Status: Part-time Skilled Visits What You'll Do: Deliver skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in a home setting Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Provide tracheostomy, ventilator, and g-tube/g-button care as needed Monitor and assess the client's condition and communicate changes to the RN Case Manager or physician Educate and support family members on patient care and safety procedures Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care Requirements:Active LVN license in the State of Texas (required) Pediatric and g-tube/g-button experience (required) Home health or private duty nursing experience (preferred) Current CPR certification Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable Why BrightStar Care?
