QualificationsEducation: Graduate of a State Board of Nursing-approved LPN/LVN training program or completion of equivalent military training that permits licensure. License: Current, active, unrestricted LVN license from any U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association or Red Cross approved. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association or Red Cross approved Experience: Minimum one (1) year of full-time experience in the past three (3) years in the assigned specialty. Must meet all continuing education and competency requirements per DHA and BAMC policies.
