Branch Manager

Snapshot / Role Overview We're seeking a Branch Manager in the Phoenix metro area to lead all aspects of branch operations and drive revenue growth in commercial HVAC services. Impact - Deliver profitable growth across service, retrofit, and construction projects - Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals - Create positive work environment that attracts and retains skilled technicians and staff - Position the branch as the preferred provider of commercial HVAC solutions Responsibilities - Oversee all branch operations including service, sales, and project execution - Develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue and profit goals - Lead team of technicians, project managers, and administrative staff - Monitor financial performance including budgets, forecasts, and job costing - Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners - Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction across all service lines - Recruit, train, and develop employees to build high-performing teams - Coordinate with regional leadership on strategic initiatives and best practices Requirements Must-Haves - 5+ years of management experience in commercial HVAC or mechanical services - Proven track record achieving revenue and profit targets - Strong leadership and people development skills - Understanding of commercial HVAC systems and service operations - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Nice-to-Haves - EPA Universal certification - Experience with both service and construction business models - Established customer relationships in Phoenix market - Professional certifications in HVAC or business management Compensation & Logistics Competitive salary depending on experience; benefits include health insurance, 401k matching, PTO, holidays, vehicle allowance, and performance bonuses.
