Equip patients and their families with knowledge and tools to support progress beyond the clinical environment. Provide inpatient evaluations and therapy, ensuring a smooth continuum of care. Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with all regulatory standards. Commit to ongoing education and teamwork to stay abreast of advancements in speech-language pathology. Education Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of an accredited Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending. Certifications Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
