Our client, a leading organization in the technology and analytics sector, is seeking a passionate and skilled Product Owner - Analytics, ML & GenAI to join their dynamic team. As a Product Owner - Analytics, ML & GenAI, you will be an integral part of the Data & Analytics Department supporting innovative initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Product Owner - Analytics, ML & GenAI Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Range:What's the Job? Define and own the product vision and strategic roadmap for analytics, machine learning, and GenAI initiatives. Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable data science work, including success metrics and KPIs. Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, balancing innovation with feasibility and operational constraints. Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to clarify requirements, assumptions, and success criteria. Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, managing stakeholder expectations. What's Needed? 5+ years of experience supporting analytics, data science, AI/ML, or advanced analytics projects in a product owner or similar role. Proven ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions with clear success metrics. Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery frameworks. Strong collaboration skills with data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, and platform teams. Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
