Your Responsibilities - Dive In Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, following established protocols. Ensure the accuracy of results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments. Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare them for testing when necessary. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and contribute to upholding laboratory quality standards. Ensure a clean and safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree accompanied by ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within the first year of employment. Retention of current certification throughout your tenure.
