Connect with Indivior on LinkedIn by visiting POSITION SUMMARY: The Stock Plan Administrator will support the administration, compliance, and reporting of Indivior's equity compensation, long term incentive, and executive benefit programs in a U.S. public company environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate equity plan operations, supporting SEC and SOX compliance, partnering with external brokerage and internal stakeholders, and assisting with public company disclosures including the annual proxy. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in equity and benefit programs, exceptional attention to detail, and experience working cross functionally with Legal, Finance, Accounting, and HR. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following: Equity & Long-Term Incentive Administration Analyze all aspects of Indivior's equity compensation and long-term incentive (LTI) programs, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), performance-based awards, and other equity vehicles. Manage lifecycle processing of equity awards, including grant issuance, vesting, exercises, settlements, forfeitures, and cancellations. Maintain accurate participant data, award terms, and transaction history in the equity administration platform. Track outstanding shares, dilution, burn rates, and share reserve usage for public company reporting and governance purposes. Partner closely with the Company's brokerage firm to ensure seamless execution of equity transactions, exercises, and settlements. Ensure equity and LTI programs are administered in compliance with SEC regulations, IRS rules, SOX controls, stock exchange requirements, and company policies. Support the drafting of Compensation related disclosures for the annual proxy statement, including equity tables, award activity, and footnote support. Assist in preparing and reviewing supporting schedules for Form 4s, Section 16 tracking, and insider administration, in partnership with Legal. Participate in internal and external audits, including SOX testing, ensuring controls are well documented and operating effectively. Support equity related aspects of earnings materials, Board and Committee reporting, and governance materials. Executive & Broader Benefit Program Support Support administration and coordination of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), including enrollment, purchases, file feeds, and employee communications. Partner with Benefits and Finance to support 401(k) and Nonqualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC) plan administration as it relates to executive and equity linked compensation. Ensure accurate data flow between equity systems, payroll, benefits vendors, and the general ledger. Reporting, Accounting & Analytics Prepare detailed equity compensation reports for Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR, and external advisors. Partner with Accounting on ASC 718 expense calculations, reconciliations, and audit support. Assist with share-based compensation forecasting, modeling, and analysis. Reconcile equity activity between the transfer agent, brokerage firm, payroll, and internal financial systems. Employee & Stakeholder Support Serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for employees and executives on equity, LTI, ESPP, and tax related inquiries. Provide clear, accurate explanations of plan mechanics, taxation, and transaction processes. Support education initiatives to drive employee understanding and engagement with Indivior's compensation programs. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field 5+ years of experience in stock plan administration, equity compensation, or executive compensation, with direct U.S. public company experience Handson experience administering equity and LTI programs in a regulated, public company environment Strong working knowledge of SEC rules, SOX controls, Section 16, proxy disclosure requirements, and U.S. tax regulations related to equity compensation Experience supporting or administering ESPPs, and familiarity with 401(k) and nonqualified deferred compensation plans Proven experience partnering with brokerage firms, legal counsel, auditors, and finance teams Experience supporting proxy statement drafting and Compensation Committee materials Advanced proficiency in Excel for reconciliations, reporting, and analysis Experience with third party equity administration platforms Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly BENEFITS: Indivior is committed to providing a culture driven by guiding principles and top-tier benefits that match the importance of the work we do.
