(Physician/MD qualifications required) Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation - PM&R Physician -Tulsa, Oklahoma (Signing Bonus and Full Relocation Allowance) Requirements| Candidate parameters: • Board eligible| Board certified within 7 years of completing training Reason for Search: • Expanding the PM&R program Compensation package: • Year 1 and year 2 guarantee of $280,000 • Sign on|commencement bonus of $40,000 (split between sign on and commencement) • Relocation allowance of $15,000 • Stacked compensation of 49th% of MGMA • If there is any student loan repayment, we will have to structure it after the physician goes off guarantee. Practice details: • Population served: Ages 18+ years • Clinic location(s): Hillcrest Medical Center • Number of exam rooms (Total and per provider): 2 • Hours of operation: 8am-5pm • Equipment available: 1 PT treatment table, 1 general patient bed, EMG guidance for injections • Call requirements: Shared equally amongst all providers • Practice support per provider: - Administrative Director - Clinic Manager - Medical Assistant: - Front office: Notes: • Competition: Post-Acute Medical ( Outpatient clinic 25 hours per week (11-12 per day) Inpatient 15 hours per week (8-15 per day) • 28 bed rehab unit that has a maximum of 25 beds at present. • Rehab unit averages 47+ patients per month. Approximately 2-4 per day. • Clinic wait time for a new patient is approximately 2 ½ months. • The group does NOT take vented patients. • There is easy access to the hospital and clinic for patients. • There is great neurology service line support. • Candidate will be requested to cover both inpatient and outpatient services. He|she will have the ability to customize their practice.
