Assist with specimen collection procedures and prepare samples for analysis as necessary. Thoroughly document all processes, contribute to training new staff or interns, and help uphold the highest lab quality standards. Ensure a clean, compliant, and safe working environment by adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards. Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field, plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) acquired within a year of hire. Maintain active certification throughout your tenure with us.
