Production Manager

Job Description Production ManagerDuties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Oversee daily production operations; support to General Manager and coordinate with all departments and senior management in establishing and carrying out responsibilities. Supervise a team of multi skilled personnel Manage employee and material resources Provides adequate feedback for employee performance reviews Working closely with operations, purchasing, engineering and quality control to achieve manufacturing results Promote and support improvement in the manufacturing and inspection processes and methods All other duties assigned. Qualifications Proven managerial/supervisor experience Metal fabrication experience required and must be familiar with and comfortable operating equipment Ability to use computers and standard programs used by the industry Must possess communication and people skills required to supervise and motivate a large number of employees Enforcing and compliance with Government regulations, safety programs, and company policies Ability to constantly move around the facility while tolerating hot/cold conditions #INDSTJOPlease submit resume to Meet Your RecruiterLisa Weigart
