Job Title: Scrum Master (Banking/Finance Domain) Location: Chicago, IL (100% Onsite from day 1) Duration: Long Term Contract Experience Required: 12+ Years in IT with strong Agile/Scrum delivery background Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) - Mandatory Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced and certified Scrum Master to guide multiple Agile teams through product development in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 8+ years of direct experience in Agile/Scrum practices, leading complex projects and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and principles Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clear product backlog and sprint goals Work with cross-functional teams to promote transparency and alignment Track and communicate sprint/release progress using JIRA or similar tools Champion Agile transformation and drive adoption across the organization Act as a servant leader to Agile teams and ensure adherence to Agile metrics Required Skills: 12+ years of overall IT experience 8+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) Experience with enterprise Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Rally Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to work with distributed and cross-functional teams Experience with scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS) is a plus Must-Have Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or II) - Any one (Additional certifications in SAFe, PMI-ACP, or Agile Coaching are a plus) If interested to apply, please share resume to ;
