We are looking for SDET in Santa Clara, CA Lateral salary -130-135k per annum + Benefits Subcon Rate card - $60-65$ per hour Software Development in Test 8 years hands-on experience in Selenium using any programming language and detail-oriented Automation contractor to join our team. This role requiring very strong technical expertise and proven track record in automation development. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop and execute automation scripts tailored to project requirements. Collaborate with Technical Product Managers, Functional Testing Engineers, Developers and Other Stakeholders to identify the automatable user stories and do feasibility analysis. Provide detailed documentation for automation reusable components, Workflows, and maintenance guidelines. Monitor and maintain automation pipeline executions in Jenkins and address issues promptly to minimize the impact. Familiarity with System Integration and Process Optimization methodologies Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing efforts. Troubleshoot and debug test scripts to improve test coverage and reliability. Ensure all test environments are properly configured and available for testing activities. Execute automated test cases for every release, analyze results and report defects to the development team. Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively. Your skills and experience Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Test NG Very strong understanding of programming languages like C#, Java, JavaScript, and Python Familiarity with API testing tools such as POSTMAN or RestAssured Servicenow ATF String understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC). Working knowledge on AI generated test automation development , maintenance etc
