"We are seeking a (Speech Language Pathologist - LTC) for a 13 Weeks travel/contract assignment in Utica, NY 13502. Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply." Job Details: Shift: 8hr Day; 7:00 AM - 3:30PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Pay Rate: $65 - $72/hr Key Responsibilities: Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy to patients with communication and swallowing challenges. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare teams for patient care. Educate patients and families on speech and language therapy techniques. Maintain accurate records and document patient progress. Utilize assistive communication devices and adaptive technology when necessary. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Graduate of a college/university accredited by the American Speech and Hearing Association. License: Valid New York State SLP license (required). Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Experience: 1+ year of experience as an SLP. MUST HAVE LTC EXPERIENCE. Travel & Local Considerations: Candidates outside a 75-mile radius qualify for travel pay.
