Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator Location: Chicago, IL Industry: Financial Services Compensation: $23-$25/hour Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm | Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 remote Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). About Our Client: Addison Group is hiring for our client, a well-established financial services firm in Chicago, with a collaborative and dynamic team environment. Job Description: We are seeking a smart, highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join a busy Talent Acquisition team on a long-term temporary basis. You will provide end-to-end support for recruiting, onboarding, and administrative processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and meetings for candidates and internal teams. Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and staff throughout the hiring process. Support recruiting workflows, including application processing and candidate communications in the applicant tracking system. Assist with the offer process, including background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment screenings. Organize candidate travel arrangements and liaise with third-party vendors as needed. Help coordinate training programs, maintain RSVP lists, and communicate with relevant internal stakeholders. Perform other administrative tasks to support the Talent Acquisition team as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Previous administrative or HR-related experience preferred; experience in financial services is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with professional demeanor at all times. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates discretion, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Collaborative, proactive, and able to thrive as part of a dynamic team. Additional Details: Start Date: ASAP (within the next two weeks) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Hybrid: 2 remote days, 3 onsite Perks: Long-term temporary role with potential for growth.
