Shift Lead NeededCompensation: $10–$12 per hour, plus tips, based on experienceRequirements:- Previous restaurant experience preferred- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferably at a restaurant- Must be able to communicate, read and write the English language.- Willing to work flexible hours- Must have a source(s) of reliable transportation to and from work.- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.- Bending, reaching, carrying, and stooping- Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.- Use of cleaning chemicals such as Dish Soap, Food Grade Sanitizer, Degreaser, Window Cleaner, Restroom Cleaner.Responsibilities:- Supervise staff to ensure food safety, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service- Oversee operations, including food preparation and cleanliness- Train employees and maintain inventory control- Assist with product orders- Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by management to support the smooth operation of the restaurant
