OverviewKimley-Horn is looking for recent or upcoming graduates to join our Site Selection team in the Denver, Colorado (CO) office! This is not a remote position.Responsibilities Data Collection & Validation: Lead on-the-ground research efforts to capture accurate market, property, site, and retail location data, ensuring every dataset is reliable and decision-ready. Location & Market Intelligence: Leverage advanced GIS and mapping tools to dissect trade areas, uncover market opportunities, and benchmark store performance with precision. Grocery Sales Forecasting: Develop high-confidence sales projections to guide market strategy, identify store potential, and analyze competitive dynamics-building gravity-based forecasts using platforms like SitesPlus. Reporting & Consulting: Translate complex datasets into clear, influential insights that empower retailers, REITs, and developers to make confident investment and leasing decisions. Market Expertise & Travel: Travel independently up to 50% across the U.S. to conduct fieldwork, deliver client-ready insights, and stay deeply connected to market conditions on the ground. Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging trends and industry shifts, bringing fresh intelligence and strategic perspective to every project. Qualifications A Planning Degree (Bachelors or Masters) from an accredited program by Summer of 2026 in these majors: Data Science Business Economics Real Estate Finance Or Other Related Major Annual salary range: $79,000-$82,500 Why Kimley-Horn?At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
