Benefits:Paid time offWe are seeking an experienced Outside Sales / Project Manager to develop commercial HVAC sales opportunities and manage awarded projects through turnover. This role combines outside sales, customer engagement, and project coordination, and requires regular travel to customer locations and jobsites.What You’ll DoSales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and secure sales for commercial HVAC products and servicesMeet with customers at their place of business or jobsite to assess needs and develop solutionsMaintain accurate tracking of all quoted projects and proposal statusParticipate in work-in-progress and manpower meetingsAttend quarterly company meetingsProject Management (After Sale)Obtain proposals from equipment vendors and subcontractorsManage project administration, including submittal reviews, RFIs, and customer communicationCoordinate closely with the Project Administrator (PA) on project questions and billingOrder equipment and materials with support from the Project Lead TechnicianAssist with permitting paperwork and customer approvalsLead project turnover meetings to ensure a clear handoff to operationsProject OversightVisit jobsites to support successful executionCreate labor task sheets and work with field foremen to manage labor hours and job tasksResolve technical RFIs for internal teams and customersOversee projects to ensure scope, schedule, and customer expectations are metWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in commercial HVAC sales, project management, or a combination of bothStrong technical understanding of commercial mechanical systemsAbility to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documentationComfortable working independently in a client-facing, outside sales roleCompensationCompetitive base salary plus commission based on sales performance
