LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established organization in Portland, OR to identify an experienced Office Manager to support daily business operations and ensure a well-organized, efficient workplace. This role will oversee administrative functions, coordinate office activities, and provide operational support to leadership and internal teams. Location: Portland, OR Duration: Temporary Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours Compensation: $25-$35 per hour (DOE) Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure an organized and productive work environment Manage administrative processes, office supplies, and vendor relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff, visitors, and external partners Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and office events as needed Support leadership with reporting, documentation, and operational projects Assist with onboarding logistics and general HR or payroll coordination Maintain office policies, procedures, and records Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and workflow processes Qualifications Prior experience in an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or Senior Administrative role Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Experience supporting office operations in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour Search managed by: Jake Anderson Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
