Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester, preferably in a senior or lead capacity. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, testing types, and testing life cycle. Proficiency in creating and executing test cases, as well as documenting defects. Experience with test management tools and version control systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
