Exhibitor Sales & Events Specialist

Job Title: Exhibitor Sales & Events Specialist Location: Bay Ho, San Diego, CA LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Exhibitor Sales & Events Specialist to join our growing team in Bay Ho, San Diego, supporting a well-known nonprofit organization. This role is responsible for generating revenue through exhibitor booth sales, sponsorship packages, and vendor partnerships, while also assisting with the planning and execution of high-quality, driven events. Key Responsibilities: Prospect, qualify, and close new exhibitor and sponsor accounts through outbound calls, email campaigns, and networking Maintain and grow relationships with existing exhibitors to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and contract negotiation to payment processing and post-event follow-up Collaborate with marketing and event teams to align sales strategies with event goals and audience targeting Track sales activity, pipeline, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems Support on-site event coordination, including exhibitor check-in, booth logistics, and issue resolution Analyze post-event results and identify opportunities for growth and improved exhibitor experience Qualifications: 2+ years of sales, events, or account management experience Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Additional Details: Located in Bay Ho, San Diego Contract to hire role Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm PST Onsite schedule, Full-time role, occasional overtime hours Compensation: $24.00 -$26.00 per hour DOE This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to dynamic events while directly impacting company growth!
