Customer Service Associate Pay: $23.00 per hour | Job Type: Full-Time | Department: Customer Service | Location: PDC Corporate Office Be a Key Player in Delivering Exceptional Customer Support We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to support our growing Customer Service team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys resolving complex customer issues, collaborating across departments, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and Director of Customer Service. Customer Support & Escalations Handle escalated inquiries via phone, email, web requests, and internal systems. Process refunds, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims per company policy. Investigate and resolve complex concerns, escalating when necessary. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and orders. Operational & System Support Manage NetSuite tickets and service requests for timely resolution. Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Store teams to resolve issues. Review orders, service requests, and RMAs for accuracy. Support reporting and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Team Collaboration & Compliance Share best practices and contribute to process improvements. Participate in ongoing systems and product training. Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and confidentiality standards. What We Are Looking For High school diploma required; college coursework preferred. 2+ years of customer service experience (retail/appliance experience a plus). Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience with CRM systems such as Zendesk or NetSuite. Ability to manage escalated situations professionally. Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills.
