Must Have: Ability to interpret part drawings and specifications Attention to detail Experience with nonconforming material processes Good Documentation Practice Organization and prioritization Root cause analysis of nonconformance and Corrective Action Supplier communication Nice to Have: BPCS CAP Agile Creating inspection sampling plans JOB DESCRIPTION Top 3 technical skills that you are looking for in a candidates experience (already in the job description): Investigating, dispositioning, and closing nonconformances on supplier parts. Creating new part numbers in the ERP system (BPCS) and releasing required documentation including inspection plans for incoming inspection. Collaborating with internal functions including Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Molding & Capital Tooling Team, as well as external suppliers, on Corrective Actions for nonconformances. Education Required: Bachelor's degree Years' Experience Required: 2 years Will the contractor be working 40 hours a week? If not, weekly estimate? Yes, 40 hours a week. All Boulder product lines including Ligasure, Sonicision, and Hardware. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Ensures that suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services. Qualifies suppliers according to company standards and may administer a Certified Supplier Program in receiving inspection to ensure cost effectiveness. Monitors parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle and communicates and resolves supplierrelated problems as they occur. Develops and prioritizes an auditing schedule to ensure that designated suppliers are audited on a regular basis to ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality standards are met. Evaluates suppliers' internal functions to assess their overall performance and provides feedback in assessment of their operation.
