Wayfair is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Regional Network Performance and Excellence team. We are looking for a team leader with a creative mindset towards driving results through data, a technical aptitude for supply chain operations, and a desire to drive scalable strategic advancements at Wayfair. The ideal candidate must be highly adaptable, hands-on, and understand how to effectively drive results across HDO and Middle Mile operations in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company. What You'll Do Relentlessly focus on Wayfair's Operations by owning the end-to-end performance governance and consolidated narrative for all HDO and Middle Mile sites within the assigned region. Lead a team of Associates and/or Analysts , prioritizing analytical workstreams and fostering a culture of ownership, rigor, and continuous improvement. Build out key metrics and performance operating systems that define success (cost, service, quality, safety, and capacity) and enable structured daily, weekly, and monthly regional reviews. Define and communicate a 6-12 month work plan that identifies structural risks and cross-site variance trends to drive measurable impact across broader network KPIs and OKRs. Identify opportunities through deep-dive root cause analysis to eliminate recurring performance gaps and ensure action plans address systemic issues rather than symptoms. Oversee impact measurement and reporting , serving as the "single point of truth" for regional health while providing forward-looking risk assessments to senior leadership. Contribute to the development of tools and processes that standardize KPI definitions and accountability mechanisms, ensuring metric consistency and comparability across all sites. Build strong partnerships and collaboration with Site Leaders and cross-functional stakeholders (Transportation, Finance, Capacity Planning) to drive performance without direct authority. Understand strategic business goals and translate complex site-level performance data into executive-level insights and streamlined action plans. What You'll Need Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. 6+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Strategy, or Network Performance, including proven experience in people management and leadership. Strong verbal and written communications skills , with the ability to synthesize multiple points of view into a clear, fact-based story. Strong presentation skills to all levels of management, with an emphasis on executive-level performance reporting. Ability to work collaboratively across functions to scale best practices and resolve material performance risks in a matrixed environment. Experience in taking a company forward in a fast-growth environment , specifically driving network-wide performance management and managing change effectively.
