Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, complemented by ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within the first year of employment. Maintain active certification throughout your employment term.
