Essential Qualifications Minimum of 5 years in technical roles (Solutions Architecture, Consulting, or Engineering) with a focus on media workflows, cloud infrastructure, or similar fields. Proven hands-on experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, or Azure), covering compute, storage, networking, and hybrid setups. Strong understanding of media and entertainment workflows (e.g., content creation, distribution, or broadcasting) along with a willingness to learn industry-specific tools and processes. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot cross-stack technical issues effectively. Superb communication skills, able to convey complex technical ideas to varied audiences, including engineers, executives, and creative professionals. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Your Key Responsibilities ISV Onboarding & Integration: Offer technical support to ISVs, optimizing their solutions for OCI. Address integration challenges, resolve issues, and assist ISVs in achieving Marketplace readiness. Solution Development: Contribute to a Solutions Library that includes whitepapers, reference architectures, and deployment templates that integrate OCI services with ISV tools to tackle common customer challenges. Customer Deployment Support: Work in tandem with Strategic Customer Engineering (SCE) and sales teams to design and implement bespoke workflows, including hybrid render farms, multi-region file systems, and secure asset pipelines. Technical Advocacy: Serve as a technical bridge between ISVs, customers, and OCI product teams. Gather feedback and translate it into actionable insights to enhance platform capabilities. Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to align technical solutions with business objectives and customer requirements. Compensation & Benefits The hiring range for this position is between $96,800 and $223,400 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity opportunities.
