We need you as our leader!This position will require living and working in Pacific City, OR.Dining Room Manager Qualifications:3+ years as a GM or Dining Room Manager for a boutique, fine dining restaurantExperience with booking and executing small groups and eventsExperience with boutique hotels highly preferredExperience with Forbes standards or Relais and Chateaux standards highly preferredStrong desire to live and work in Pacific City, ORDining Room Manager Responsibilities:Create memorable, high-end experiences for all guests!Create budgets and forecasts that are accurate, ambitious, and attainableManage the Dining Room team with ownership and integrityWork with the Chef de Cuisine on menu offerings and seasonal specialsBook small group events and ensure proper executionOther duties as assigned
