Join Our Team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager who will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest satisfaction while overseeing daily operations. You will partner closely with the Restaurant General Manager to enhance overall restaurant performance, including sales, profitability, and team development. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and shape the guest experience! Key Responsibilities: Ensure efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products, adhering to established speed of service guidelines. Motivate and guide team members to provide fast, friendly service in a clean environment. Supervise and train team members on BKC products, processes, and policies. Implement cash control/security procedures, manage inventory, and execute marketing plans to drive restaurant results. Assist the Restaurant General Manager in enforcing compliance with regulations, food safety, and company policies. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and retaining effective talent while making recommendations on staff advancement. Support managers in decisions regarding employee discipline and terminations. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ensure prompt and regular attendance for assigned shifts, meetings, and training sessions. Make every guest feel valued and special! Perform other duties as assigned by upper management. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Able to organize and prioritize duties effectively under pressure. Skilled in resolving difficult situations promptly. Experience in developing action plans and management strategies. Budget management capabilities. Strong analytical skills for interpreting business reports. Competent in applying mathematical concepts in practical applications. Proficient in using computers and calculators. Flexibility to work various hours, including up to 65 hours per week if required. Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance coverage. High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred. Completion of all internal certification programs. At least 1 year of experience in the quick service restaurant industry. Physical Working Conditions: This role involves frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and extended periods of standing. Candidates should be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and should be comfortable working in various conditions, including exposure to heat and noise. Strong communication abilities are essential for this position, and candidates should be comfortable working around moving equipment.
