Embrace your role as a coach, mentor, and leader! Target Compensation (based on 45 hours per week): $53,500 in year one, $61,167 in year two, and $68,833 in year three. Resolve any customer issues with professionalism and care. Enhance customer loyalty through exceptional service and experiences. Manage daily operations to meet and exceed customer expectations. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for all customers. Oversee Daily Operations: Plan and execute daily store production, staffing according to forecasts, and adjusting as needed. Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed and that all assets are secured. Maintain high service standards through consistent quality checks and coaching. Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time. Address customer and employee concerns effectively. Monitor store inventories and conduct regular audits for safety and appearance. Lead and Supervise Team Members: Direct and coach team members to enhance performance and job satisfaction. Provide training, feedback, and orientation to foster employee development. Ensure a positive and safe work environment aligned with Waterway’s culture and values. Create staff schedules to meet business demands while considering employee needs. Perform safety and maintenance tasks as necessary. Support adherence to Waterway policies, especially concerning safety. Take on other responsibilities as directed by management. Qualifications: Current and valid driver’s license required. Associate's degree or higher (or college senior) OR at least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality, professional sales, or military leadership. Available to work a retail schedule (5 of 7 days, including weekends and holidays). Must be at least 16 years old. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Physical Requirements: Environmental: Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including temperature extremes and wet surfaces. Physical: Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and move at a consistent pace. Vision and Hearing: Must possess good far and near vision, as well as the ability to distinguish sounds in a busy environment. Language: Fluently speaking and understanding English is essential for communication. Attendance: Consistent, punctual attendance is required, including the ability to work irregular hours.
