(Must be Willing to Obtain Required Security License) Starting Pay: $16.24/hour As an Event Security professional, your primary responsibilities include checking bags, enforcing access control, and ensuring guest safety while providing exceptional customer service for a remarkable experience. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Your role includes, but is not limited to the following: Assist in all preparation and execution on event days. Manage venue entry by collecting and scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, and directing incoming and outgoing traffic. Screen guests during entry with bag checks, metal detectors, and ID verification. Prevent security breaches and protect guest and venue assets by monitoring key checkpoints. Respond promptly to crowd control issues and provide assistance as needed for guest ejections. Understand and comply with venue policies, procedures, and regulations. Ensure a welcoming experience for guests at various facility points. Offer helpful directions and suggestions to enhance guest experiences. QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates should meet the following requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Licensing requirements may vary based on local laws and must be met prior to employment. Must successfully pass a background check and a drug/alcohol test as a condition of employment. Ability to use sound judgment and discretion in various situations. Willingness to work overtime as necessary. Strong oral and written communication skills.
