Key Responsibilities As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our restaurant. Working alongside the General Manager, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that every shift runs smoothly. You'll also oversee operational controls to help meet sales and profit targets while mentoring team members through training and performance initiatives. Bring your experience: You should have at least six months of management experience in a restaurant or retail environment. Deliver exceptional service: You inspire joy in others, have strong examples of providing excellent customer service, and embody Arbys' Core Values.
