The Opportunity As a rapidly growing force in digital transformation, the Studio+ Salesforce Senior Manager role offers immense opportunities for skill development and innovation. You'll spend most of your time working closely with our clients, delivering unique business insights that help them innovate and maintain a competitive edge. In this position, you will lead digital transformation programs using the Salesforce platform, ensuring effective program delivery and client satisfaction. Your Key Responsibilities Lead the program delivery and client engagement, with supplementary responsibilities for architecture oversight and account growth. Guide and direct project teams, including managers, across multiple engagements. Drive successful solution implementations while managing client relationships and revenue generation. Travel as needed to meet external client demands. Skills and Attributes for Success To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of project delivery methods, including Agile and waterfall, and the ability to solve complex problems through analysis and best practices. You will be able to: Craft compelling strategic visions that align with client business plans. Effectively communicate these strategies to clients and assist in socializing them across their organizations. Collaborate with various EY teams to ensure that business requirements are integrated into user experiences and solutions. Participate in business development efforts, including solution development and pricing. Contribute to thought leadership through first-party research and stay informed on industry best practices. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive account growth and ensure satisfaction. Oversee the delivery of engagements, managing multiple workstreams and on/offshore teams. Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements. Identify sales opportunities within existing accounts. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). 5-7 years of relevant experience implementing Salesforce with large teams. 5 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers. A strong technical or functional architecture background related to Salesforce. Exceptional communication, presentation, and client service skills. Consulting experience relevant to industry-specific business and technology functions. The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities as a self-starter. Willingness to travel based on client needs. Ideally, You Will Also Have A degree in fields like Computer Science, IT, or related areas (Master's preferred). Salesforce Consultant Certifications or Salesforce Application Architect Certification.
