Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary and data-driven Senior Product Manager for Pricing & Promotions to lead the strategy and execution of our Non-Vehicle Assortment Online. This includes Ford Accessories & Parts, Ford Performance Parts, lifestyle merchandise, and emerging digital services. You will be integral to developing our e-commerce pricing engine, ensuring we provide the right prices at the right times for our customers. This role is high-visibility and crucial to our sales strategy, working closely with Finance, Merchandising, Operations, and Engineering. This position is approved for remote work, but we prefer candidates willing to commute to our Dearborn office four days per week. Your Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap for pricing and promotional capabilities across Ford's global e-commerce platforms. Pricing Optimization: Develop and implement advanced pricing strategies, including dynamic pricing, competitive benchmarking, and regional price adjustments for our diverse product offerings. Promotional Engine: Build and scale a robust promotional platform incorporating discounting strategies, bundling options, loyalty point integration, and seasonal campaigns. Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with various stakeholders including Finance, Marketing, Legal, and our Dealer Network to ensure a seamless omni-channel experience. Data-Driven Decision Making: Partner with Data Science to establish A/B testing frameworks for evaluating price elasticity and promotional effectiveness, using insights to inform strategic pivots. Execution Excellence: Lead a dedicated team of engineers and designers in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality features that enhance conversion rates and Average Order Value. Market Analysis: Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor strategies to maintain Ford's status as a premium choice for our customers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years focused specifically on E-commerce, Pricing, Fintech, or Promotions. Proven success in launching and scaling digital products in a global and matrixed environment. Familiarity with modern e-commerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Commerce/Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or headless solutions). Preferred Qualifications: MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative field. Experience in the automotive industry or with durable goods. Knowledge of loyalty programs and integrating
