Overview Join Camping World as a Data Analyst focused on Digital Product Insights! We are seeking an analytical and results-driven individual to empower our Digital Product Manager team. In this dynamic role, you will harness data from our RV sales websites, e-commerce platforms, and internal tools to derive actionable insights that shape product strategy, enhance user experience, and foster digital innovation. Your analyses will have a direct impact on our initiatives through thorough investigation, testing, and compelling storytelling. This role emphasizes collaboration, where your insights will enhance the digital customer journey and boost performance across our web and e-commerce environments. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Interpretation Identify trends, pain points, and growth opportunities by analyzing website and e-commerce data. Monitor conversion rates, funnel performance, and engagement across our RV sales and e-commerce platforms. Develop, manage, and refine dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to track KPIs and product performance. Employ statistical modeling and advanced analytics to discover predictive patterns and formulate hypotheses. Design and assess A/B tests and experiments to inform feature development and enhance the digital experience. Communication & Collaboration Deliver analytical findings and performance assessments to stakeholders across marketing, merchandising, and technology domains. Effectively communicate complex data insights to audiences with varying levels of technical understanding. Act as a trusted collaborator and advisor to the Digital Product Management team. Tagging & Governance Optimize data collection methods and automate recurring reporting tasks. Enhance tagging governance strategy to ensure precise user behavior tracking, data integrity, and reporting consistency. Implement new tags and events on websites to improve data collection and support in-depth analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Proficient in SQL with experience managing large datasets in Google BigQuery or similar cloud platforms. Strong data visualization skills using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling. In-depth understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks. Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent). Knowledge of product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is an advantage. Experience with GTM (Google Tag Manager) strategic planning or similar tagging tools. Professional Attributes Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis or product analytics. Possess a strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills pair with a talent for data storytelling. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
