We are looking for a talented Lead Principal Consultant for our Federal Testing & Quality Assurance team to help us advance our Health Care IT solutions. This engaging role includes: Crafting the vision and strategy for a comprehensive testing program in collaboration with the Veterans Affairs project. Overseeing the testing and evaluation of applications, ensuring they achieve their objectives, while managing the delivery of testing services to clients and identifying risks and cross-functional impacts. Mentoring team members, guiding them to excel in meeting operational and functional goals aligned with the overall testing program objectives. Developing and communicating clear team objectives that support testing program goals, along with establishing metrics to measure progress. Clarifying policies and procedures to stakeholders both within the team and beyond. Leading quality improvement initiatives at the team and department levels, while contributing to strategic initiatives and providing consistent training and constructive feedback to foster team development. Recommending staffing and performance assessments for direct reports. Engaging directly with multiple client-billable Task Orders, ensuring active participation alongside managerial responsibilities. Basic Qualifications A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in consulting; management experience is strongly preferred. An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is required. Demonstrated expertise in product, technology, or industry relevant to this role. Willingness to travel as necessary. All U.S. applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and verification of employment eligibility will be required upon hire. Due to specific client contract requirements, only U.S. citizens may apply for this position. Preferred Qualifications A minimum of 3 years in people management, matrix management, project management, or other indirect leadership capacities. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Cerner Millennium applications. A minimum of 3 years in Healthcare IT. Expectations Ability to perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Willingness to travel up to 20% as necessary. The expected salary range for this role is between $112,000 and $251,600 annually, with potential eligibility for bonuses, equity, and compensation deferrals.
