In this essential role, you will support strategic initiatives, manage key projects, and enhance the effectiveness of the CTO. Your organizational skills and problem-solving abilities will be crucial as you plan, arrange, and oversee processes that drive substantial results. You will work in close collaboration with the CTO to ensure alignment on team objectives, support governance and meeting planning, and effectively communicate the P&T roadmap across the organization. A significant aspect of this role is program management, where you will coordinate with product, tech, and business teams to plan, execute, and communicate critical initiatives. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or equivalent Master's strongly preferred. A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in a large team environment is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in project management, outstanding communication skills, and experience working with various stakeholders. Experience in technology or digital environments, along with a background in operational functions, will be advantageous. The successful candidate will be results-oriented, adept at managing time and priorities, and capable of working independently while grasping the broader business context.
