To learn more about GTS go to & Duties The Journeyman Management Analyst shall have experience gathering information from various sources and assembling the information into a comprehensive work product for the Government to use for decisions. The Journeyman Management Analyst shall have at least 2 years of experience with data analytics and creating user-friendly data-driven management-level decision making tools, such as a dashboard. Experience must include combining multiple fields among multiple datasets and conducting different types of calculations/analyses (e.g., trend analysis, forecasting, descriptive statistics). Existing Clearance, preferably DHS/ICE Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Operations Research, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analysis, Statistics, or a similar field. At least 5 years of experience with data analytics and creating user-friendly data-driven management-level decision making tools, such as a dashboards Experience must include combining multiple fields among multiple datasets and conducting different types of calculations/analyses (e.g., trend analysis, forecasting, descriptive statistics). Experience with dashboards must be utilization-focused and tailorable to the audience. At least 2 years of experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Enterprise Server, and R programming. 2 years of experience working with clients to improve data quality. 1 year of experience with performance measures and efficiency statistics. 1 year of experience presenting data and dashboards to an interdisciplinary audience. This position provides Journeyman Management Analyst support to a team of professionals on the ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Programmatic Support Services (PSS) contract. The PSS contract augments and supports all HSI analytics capabilities, development, coordination, implementation, monitoring and updates. GTS provides supervision, management, industry knowledge, training, technical / analytical support to provide mission alignment analysis, capability gap analysis, risk management, requirements identification and development, data collection, analysis, management, and reporting; tool development and model building to enhance data driven, fact-based decision making; budget and workforce formulation and justifications; strategic planning, performance measure development; and program evaluation planning in compliance with the Foundations for Evidence-Based Policymaking Act of 2018.
