Role Overview We are looking for an execution?focused Operations Manager to handle the logistics of customer stories and case studies. This isn't about writing the narrative or setting strategy; its about making sure the production engine runs smoothly. Youll manage the how and when of content delivery. What Youll Do Production Logistics Handle scheduling, intake, and asset collection, ensuring the production pipeline moves smoothly and nothing stalls in review cycles. Project Management Own every task using Asana and shared trackers, manage calendars, and coordinate between customers, internal teams, and outside agencies. Cross?Functional Coordination Act as the glue between Marketing, Design, Video, and Web teams to get assets delivered on time. Process Maintenance Keep documentation organized and continuously improve workflow speed and simplicity. What You Need 57+ years in content operations, production coordination, or business operations. Execution skills to manage complex programs with many moving parts and stakeholders. Attention to detail, comfortable handling high task volumes and strict version control. Hands?on experience with Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace. Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments is a major plus. Work Schedule & Location Contract?to?Hire: Initial 3?6 month term with intent to convert to a full?time placement.
