Job Requisition ID # 25WD92702 Position Overview We are excited to invite a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic Media & Entertainment team, focusing on innovative AI solutions for Autodesk Flow Studio (formerly Wonder Studio), our cutting-edge AI-enhanced VFX platform. This key role will report to the Senior Director of the Flow Studio Team. In this crucial position, you will connect customer needs with engineering requirements, advocate for transformative features, and lead the advancement of productivity and creativity in media production. Join us in developing groundbreaking review solutions for production management, driving innovation, and achieving excellence in the Media & Entertainment industry. Collaborate with passionate professionals who are committed to empowering creators and redefining workflows. Responsibilities Collaborate with leadership to establish and implement the vision, strategy, and operational plans for Flow Studio and its review functionalities. Develop and manage actionable product roadmaps, prioritizing impactful workflows and enhancements while overseeing risks and dependencies. Serve as the primary liaison for customers, engaging regularly to communicate and validate product strategy, ensuring that their needs guide the product's direction. Work alongside Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX Designers, Developers, and other product managers to guarantee seamless integration of review and content creation features across all tools. Conduct continuous customer discovery and validation to inform iterative development and maximize product impact. Monitor global trends in content production and technology, maintaining competitive insights to steer innovation. Build a developer community strategy that encourages engagement and feedback from production artists and developers. Translate customer needs and technical challenges into actionable story mappings and solutions, guiding development priorities. Assess technology delivered by development in terms of technical completion, performance, quality, and compliance standards. Minimum Qualifications Over 10 years of experience in product management or development, with substantial exposure to media & entertainment including feature films, animation, or game development methodologies. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience in machine learning, with strong expertise in computer vision, computational graphics, or generative AI. Proficient with Autodesk Production Management tools, Flow Studio, and competitive AI solutions and workflows utilized in VFX, Animation, or Game pipelines. Proven ability to collaborate across teams and organizations to deliver integrated solutions. Aptitude for synthesizing data from multiple sources, making tough decisions, and effectively prioritizing tasks. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, able to engage effectively with executive stakeholders and external clients. Skilled in distilling complex concepts into concise, impactful insights suitable for diverse audiences. Experience successfully deploying ML models into production, particularly in media, entertainment, or creative technologies. Commitment to ethical AI development and lifelong learning. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing projects within a large organization and in Agile/SCRUM environments. Background in web development on large-scale cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Familiarity with statistical analytics platforms and concepts. Knowledge of 3D graphics, rendering pipelines, or real-time engines like Unreal Engine, Blender, or Maya is a plus. Salary Transparency For U.S.-based roles, we offer a competitive salary starting between $149,000 and $266,200. Salaries are determined based on the candidate's experience and geographical location, and there may be additional benefits such as bonuses, stock grants, and comprehensive benefits.
