We are looking for a Sales Manager with a proven track record in managing entry-level outside sales representatives. More about the Opportunity: In a dynamic and innovative environment, you will lead a team of outside Sales Representatives focusing on our Emerging Markets space. Enhance the development of sales skills within your team. Mentor and coach talented sales professionals aiming for promotion within 18 months. Recruit, train, and equip your team with both sales processes and NetSuite product knowledge. Create solution proposals that encompass all facets of our business applications. Engage in the creation, presentation, and sale of our software solutions through phone, internet, and in-person meetings with customers. About You: You possess at least 1 year of sales management experience and relevant experience in SaaS/Technology sales, with a strong drive to succeed. You consistently rank among your company's top producers, with the statistics to validate it. You are recognized for your outstanding work ethic, focus, passion, and commitment. You have a penchant for learning new technologies and can articulate their value to potential clients. Curiosity, insight, and perception are among your key traits. About the Team: We drive interest from potential customers and execute in alignment with our marketing and sales teams' vision. Responsibilities More about the Opportunity: Lead a team of outside Sales Representatives in a fast-paced, innovative setting, focusing on our Emerging Markets. Foster the development of essential sales skills. Teach, coach, and mentor successful sales professionals to enable them to advance within 18 months. Recruit, train, and coach the team on effective sales techniques and product knowledge. Craft comprehensive solution proposals covering all aspects of our business applications. Participate in the creation, presentation, and sale of our software solutions through various customer engagement methods. Salary Range and Benefits: The salary range for this position is USD $90,100 to $147,600 annually, which may include equity and is eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45% base salary and 55% commission.
