Daily Tasks Coordinate with the Retail Production Supervisor and team to meet production goals and ship customer orders accurately and on time Oversee product flow through all production stages from picking to packaging Validate order quantities, process execution, and product quality Pick and palletize orders using lift equipment such as an Order Picker Train new and existing employees in production best practices and safety standards Evaluate and document processes for continuous improvement Support additional warehouse functions as needed Requirements High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team Experience in production or packaging is a plus, but not required Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in standard business computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) Comfortable in a casual dress-code environment Flexibility to support additional shift needs as required Ready to Step Into Leadership?
