About the Role: As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, your mission is to create exceptional solutions that go beyond mere design. You will collaborate closely with Sales to architect multi-tower solutions that are not only commercially viable but also beneficial for our clients and Ensono. Lead the architectural vision for large, complex, multi-tower pursuits, taking ownership of the solution. Collaborate deeply with Sales to shape deals, influencing scope, structure, pricing strategies, and value. Coordinate efforts across Sales, Consulting, Product, Finance, Legal, and Delivery to deliver winning solutions. Facilitate client discovery and solutioning workshops to align outcomes with business objectives and commercial realities. Develop and present compelling solution narratives and business cases to both technical and executive audiences. Assist in crafting commercial structures and pricing models for IT outsourcing, managed services, cloud, and transformation deals. Engage in deal reviews, advising leadership on commercial viability, risk, and competitive positioning. Ensure seamless transitions post-close by supporting solution handoff, knowledge transfer, and deal documentation. Create and enhance client-facing collateral and solution assets, often building new content from scratch. What Distinguishes This Role: This is not just a technical architect position; it blends technical expertise with strong business insight. You will leverage strong business and financial acumen to navigate complex deal environments, ensuring solutions balance value, risk, and profitability. Work on high-stakes, high-visibility pursuits, while also adaptable to support smaller deals and renewals. Utilize a pod model, collaborating closely with another Solutions Architect and a dedicated sales leader. At Ensono, we are committed to your success! Here are the Required Qualifications to consider: Proven experience in a pre-sales Solution Architect or Solution Engineer role at a services provider or MSP. Successful completion of at least 10+ IT Outsourcing, Cloud, Managed Services, or Transformation deals over $50M TCV. Strong track record in supporting or leading large, complex IT outsourcing, managed services, cloud, or transformation deals. Deep understanding of complex solution selling, including business, contractual, and financial aspects. Extensive technical knowledge across data center, hosting, hybrid cloud, and managed services. Comfort and expertise with pricing models, multi-year constructs, and deal economics. Excellent executive-level communication skills with confidence in presenting to C-suite stakeholders. Aptitude for thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities. Strong analytical and reasoning skills concerning technical, contractual, and financial issues. Broad technical knowledge in data center, hosting, and hybrid cloud technologies. Familiarity with the hosting technology landscape, including compute, storage, backup, network, security, End User Services, BC/DR, DevOps, and IT governance. Experience with preferred public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid solutions. Deep understanding of IT services outsourcing solutions. In-person presence is crucial during critical phases of pursuits, although remote work is encouraged. Experience & Education: Over 15 years of experience, with a minimum of 10 years in IT outsourcing services or cloud-managed services environments. Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Industry certifications are a plus. Why Ensono?
