About the Role Join our dynamic organization as the Director of Human Resources, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce's future. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to spearhead all HR functions tailored to a small yet sophisticated financial institution. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to the leadership team, tasked with building scalable HR frameworks that will support our growth while promoting a cohesive company culture. Key responsibilities include: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions. Oversee compensation and benefits programs. Manage HR operations with an emphasis on compliance and performance management. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree or HR certification is preferred. A minimum of 10 years' HR experience is required, including 3-5 years within financial services or small-to-mid-sized investment firms. Proficiency in HRIS systems, Excel-based reporting, and familiarity with compensation design, performance management, and employment regulations is essential. We seek candidates with strong executive presence, excellent judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
