Job Description What You'll Do Design and Build innovative, Oracle-driven labs and demonstrations that highlight AI/ML, data, and application services through engaging, real-world scenarios (e.g., RAG pipelines, AI agents, or data ingestion workflows). Write Production-Grade Code in languages such as Python, Bash, Terraform, SQL, etc., to develop backend logic, automation, APIs, and orchestration for labs. Create Interactive Lab Instructions using Markdown, templates, and reusable modules, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality learning experience for users. Simplify Complex Concepts related to Oracle and AI, breaking them down into clear, manageable steps suitable for users with diverse technical backgrounds. Prototype, Deploy, and Validate labs end-to-end, concentrating on usability, dependability, performance, and the quality of documentation. Collaborate with product and field teams to keep labs aligned with the latest Oracle releases, GenAI platform features, and customer-identified topics. Build and Maintain reference architectures and SDK examples that illustrate the integration of OCI GenAI Services, AI Vector Search, and Oracle Database. Participate in live demonstrations, rehearsals, and internal training sessions to showcase labs and collect valuable feedback from engineers and customers. Mentor Junior Cloud Engineers and promote best practices for lab development, testing, and delivery. Core Focus Areas Lab & Demo Development: Creating workshops, setting up event code, automating with Terraform, integrating OCI SDK, and designing instruction materials in Markdown. AI/GenAI Workloads: Implementing RAG pipelines, embeddings/vector searches, intelligent workflows, and orchestrating GenAI APIs. OCI Services: Utilizing Data Flow (Spark), Streaming/Kafka, Object Storage, Functions, OKE, AI Vector Search, IAM/Vault, and networking capabilities. Oracle Database Integration: Leveraging Autonomous Database, JSON Duality Views, AI Vector Search, and data ingestion for AI applications. Multi-Cloud & Partner Ecosystem: Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and NVIDIA AI/cloud offerings for enhanced lab design and integration testing. Automation & Observability: Constructing, deploying, and monitoring labs with comprehensive logging, telemetry, and rollback functions. Responsibilities Minimum Qualifications BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred. 4+ years of experience in software engineering or cloud development (Python, Go, Java, or similar). Hands-on Experience with development on Oracle or other major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Ability to Build and Demonstrate technical solutions with confidence, explaining workflows clearly and visually. Adaptability: Comfortable learning new services, tools, and frameworks quickly while managing shifting priorities. Familiarity with Oracle Database or related data modeling is a plus. Experience Creating Hands-On Labs, workshops, or customer interaction training. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Terraform, OCI CLI, and automation frameworks. Excellent Written Communication and Documentation Skills (Markdown, GitHub, Confluence). Knowledge of AI/ML Frameworks and pipelines (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, FAISS, Weaviate). Experience with Multi-Cloud Architectures or GPU platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI, NVIDIA DGX/NGC). Relevant Professional Certifications (OCI Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, GCP Professional Cloud Engineer, NVIDIA Certified) are highly regarded. Proven Track Record of delivering repeatable, customer-ready labs or demonstrations. Disclaimer: Certain US customer-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements. Compensation and Benefits The hiring range in the US for this position is between $100,900 and $165,300 per annum, with eligibility for equity and commission.
