Join Our Team as an Inpatient Physical Therapist!Job Description:- Be an integral part of a dynamic healthcare team working in inpatient, swing, and skilled nursing facility settings.- Provide compassionate and effective physical therapy to patients with diverse diagnoses.- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans.- Engage with patients, providing support and encouragement throughout their recovery journey.- Utilize your clinical skills to assess, plan, and implement treatment strategies.- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in a professional manner.- Share your passion for learning by staying updated with the latest treatment techniques.Education Requirements:- Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy.- Current California Physical Therapy License.- Current Healthcare Provider BLS Certification, approved by the AHA.- Successful completion of the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE).- Compliance with state regulatory requirements.Experience:- A minimum of one (1) year in acute care, swing bed/skilled nursing, or outpatient settings is preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.- Compassionate approach with keen attention to detail.- Up-to-date knowledge of therapy practices.- Problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently.- Analytical and logical thinking skills.- Adaptability in managing patients with varied personalities and diagnoses.- Proficient in computer and software usage.- Drive for continuous learning in new treatment modalities.- Timely and punctual in all responsibilities.- Ability to multi-task effectively and manage various responsibilities.Shift Information:- Day shiftWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
