Job Title: Digital Content Strategist Job ID: 37000254 Duration: 06+ months (W2 Only) Location: Atlanta, GA (100% Remote Role)Role Summary The Digital Content Strategist, Partner Portal serves as the digital execution partner to GTM and Partner Strategy teams. This role translates business priorities across assigned domains (e.g., NPI, MPI, AI initiatives, Programs, Routes to Market) into structured, scalable Partner Portal journeys and pages. The strategist acts as the connective layer between Strategy, UX, and Publishing Operations-ensuring that strategic intent is accurately reflected in clear, prescriptive, and well-governed digital experiences. This role combines digital orchestration with proactive content stewardship, intake quality control, and strategic pattern recognition. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison to assigned Partner Strategy domains; understand strategic objectives, go-to-market priorities, and route-to-market models to inform digital experience design Translate business vision into structured page and journey frameworks aligned to partner lifecycle and Portal standards Define page hierarchy, structure, and content logic from concept through launch, partnering with Strategy, UX, and Operations to drive aligned execution Design content structures with metadata, taxonomy, and hierarchy that support both human navigation and AI-driven retrieval Manage the end-to-end page lifecycle including creation, maintenance, deprecation planning, and redirect management Drive scope clarity, facilitate stakeholder alignment, secure required approvals, and submit production-ready intake requests through established publishing workflows Proactively identify and escalate risks, blockers, or misalignment early in the process; constructively push back when requests lack clarity or exceed scope Conduct proactive content health checks; identify outdated, duplicative, or misaligned content and recommend improvements, consolidation, or retirement Identify content gaps in partner journeys; interpret analytics signals to prioritize optimization efforts Design content structures with awareness of AI-driven search, conversational interfaces, and structured data requirements Must-Have Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) 4-6+ years of experience in digital content strategy, web experience management, information architecture, or a related field Experience working within an enterprise CMS environment (AEM or comparable) and familiarity with publishing workflows Demonstrated ability to translate GTM or business priorities into structured digital page and journey frameworks Working knowledge of information architecture principles (hierarchy, navigation logic, taxonomy alignment, journey design) Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex strategy into clear digital frameworks Proven stakeholder management experience in cross-functional, matrixed environments Familiarity with SaaS go-to-market models and partner ecosystem concepts Ability to operate under ambiguity and manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Direct Partner Portal experience (broader enterprise web experience is acceptable) Experience with tools such as AEM, ContentSquare, Seismic, or similar platforms Deep familiarity with ServiceNow's product portfolio and partner program structure Experience working within AI-evolving environments and designing structured content for search and agent-based experiences Specific industry vertical experience
