We are seeking a high-energy, organized, and solution-oriented individual with a passion for sports management and a knack for working with adults and children. Responsibilities:Execute the setup and breakdown of the venue for game day events, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Supervise and manage a team of part-time staff members and volunteer coaches, fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere. Oversee the smooth operation of the venue and ensure that programs run according to schedule. Demonstrate and promote core concepts, including values of sportsmanship, fairness, and respect for all participants. Organize game day equipment and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the venue to provide a pleasant experience for participants and spectators. Consistently maintain a positive attitude and exhibit superior customer service skills to enhance the overall i9 Sports Experience. Available to work each Sunday from March 15 - May 3 (no games on Sunday 4/5- Easter) Qualifications:Possess excellent communication and organizational skills to efficiently coordinate game day activities and manage staff effectively. Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently, making proactive decisions and resolving challenges as they arise. The ability to identify a problem and take practical steps to solve. Display a keen awareness of surroundings and the capacity to take charge of any situation to prioritize player safety and well-being. Exhibit a positive attitude and possess strong relationship-building abilities to create a professional and encouraging environment for all stakeholders. Willingness to work Sundays throughout the full duration of the season (7 weeks). Successfully pass a comprehensive National Criminal Background Check to ensure the safety and security of our participants.
