Position Overview In this role, assist the Supervisor team with daily case pick and break bulk based on DC demand. Responsible for safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. Replenish or pick product with direction from pick sheets or hand held computer. Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves to fill the order. What you'll do: Assist associates in case pick and break bulk areas with daily order and replenishment demand Oversee order picking, labeling and auditing as needed Inspect quality of goods Assist receiving, pallet pick, staging, consolidation, loaders and inventory teams as needed Complete daily MHE documentation Follow OSHA safety regulations, housekeeping, quality and productivity standards Assist in training and development of CP and BP associates Provide updates to DC leadership team. Support other general duties as needed. What we are seeking: Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred 1 to 2 years experience in a warehouse setting, preferred with experience leading other is a strong plus.
